Randolph Avenue Overhead (Elkins, WV) blueprints, 1937.

Consists of sixteen 24" x 36" blueprint sheets for the Randolph Avenue Overhead on US 250 and 219 about the Western Maryland Railway in Elkins, West Virginia. This collection illustrates the engineering practices of 1930s West Virginia. Six blueprints show span details, three show pier details while seven show pilings, girders and general plan.

Western Maryland Railway was chartered as the Baltimore, Carroll and Frederick Railroad by Maryland in 1852 and renamed Western Maryland Railroad in 1853.
